1. Service scope

These Terms govern access to PortaliaFlow as a subscription SaaS platform for agencies, consultancies, and B2B client-service businesses.

2. Account ownership and responsibilities

Customers are responsible for account security, user access management, and lawful use by employees, contractors, and invited client users.

3. Plans, trials, and billing

Plans are Free, Starter, Pro, and Scale. Paid plans include a 15-day trial. Billing is processed via Stripe and renews automatically until canceled according to billing cycle terms.

4. Suspension and termination

PortaliaFlow may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, unlawful use, or non-payment. Customers may terminate according to account settings and plan terms.

5. Acceptable use

Customers may not use the service for unlawful activity, malware distribution, unauthorized access attempts, harassment, or infringement of third-party rights.

6. Data ownership and license

Customer data remains customer-owned. Customers grant PortaliaFlow a limited license to process data solely to provide, secure, and maintain the contracted services.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party and use it only for contractual performance, except where disclosure is legally required.

8. Service changes and availability

We may update features, integrations, and security controls to improve reliability and compliance. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or incidents.

9. Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PortaliaFlow excludes liability for indirect damages and limits direct liability to subscription fees paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable EU and local law. Jurisdiction is determined by the legal entity domicile unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
