GDPR Rights
How data subjects can exercise their GDPR rights with PortaliaFlow.

1. Available rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based.
2. How to submit a request
Send your request to privacy@portaliaflow.com with subject line 'Data Rights Request', including account identifier, contact email, and requested action.
3. Identity verification
For security reasons, PortaliaFlow may request additional information to verify the identity and authority of the requester before disclosing or modifying data.
4. Response timeline
Requests are handled within one month and may be extended by up to two additional months for complex requests with prior notice to the requester.
5. Controller-processor coordination
For workspace data, requests may be coordinated with the customer (Data Controller) so the request is fulfilled according to applicable legal responsibilities.
6. Complaints
If you are unsatisfied with the response, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (AEPD in Spain).
