2. What we collect and why
- Demo request: the answers you give in the form, to prepare the demo and reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Email updates: only if you tick the optional box (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Analytics (Microsoft Clarity): only if you accept it in the cookie notice.
3. Retention, processors and your rights
Demo requests are kept while we are in touch and for up to 12 months after the last contact. Processors: Vercel (hosting), HighLevel (CRM) and Microsoft Clarity (analytics, with consent); some may process data in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
To exercise your rights write to info@aceleranova.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
